Prices Quoted - are per running yard.

Shipped Yardage - may vary from ordered yardage at sellers option by approximately 10% +\- unless customer specifies exact yardage at time of order and seller agrees. Full pieces are normally around 110 yards for lighter weight linens and 55 yards for heavier weight linens except where noted. As a courtesy we will cut pieces to 25 yards or more at no additional charge per yard, however a cutting charge of $20.00 per piece for pieces of less than 25 yards is applicable.

Make-up rolled on tube except where marked otherwise. Large width white linens 71" and more are doubled and folded in plys. Double & rolling available for goods up to 45" in width for $5.00 extra per piece.


Classic Collection Card - The card covers almost all the white, oyster, and natural linens carried by Ulster. Where the qualities also have dyed colors available. A separate page will show these colors to the best of our ability considering all the variables of the internet.

#1000 - This linen is called cambric linen because of its light weight and close weave. The yarns used are all of fine wet spun long staple quality. The cloth construction is approximately 98 threads per square inch with a weight of 2.8 oz per square yard. It is ideal for handkerchief weight blouses and veil like curtains. All colors shown are available in 59" widths. (Basic pastels: Lt. Pink, Sky Blue, Maize, Seafoam, Green, Ecru and White are available also in 35" widths.)

#1200 - This cambric linen is finer than the usual cambric linen because we use a finer yarn in its construction. It is great for fine garments such as wedding or christening gowns or other fine items where you want to show off fine embroidery or hand stitching. The cloth construction is approximately 126 threads per square inch with a weight of 3.2 oz per square yard. Widths available are 59" and 45" as listed.

#3127 - This linen is a gret shirting weight. The blues and browns are available in Chambray construction where the yarns is one direction are dyed and the other direction they are bleached to an oyster white. The rest of the colors are dyed or bleached in the piece. The cloth construction is approximately 112 threads per square inch with a weight of 3.8 oz per square yard, width 59".

#357 - This cloth is used in both apparel and home interiors for fabrication of a great number of products. It is a very versatile medium weight with a great soft hand. The cloth construction is approximately 76 threads per square inch with a weight of 8.7 oz per square yard, width 59".

#5112 - This cloth is used in both apparel and home interiors for fabrication of a great number of products. It is very versatile heavy weight with a great soft hand. the cloth construction is approximately 56 threads per square inch with a weight of 8.75 oz per square yard, width 59".
